Warren Lucas

Lucas has over twelve years of experience as Town Supervisor, Deputy Supervisor, and Town Councilman 1990-2009 — that’s over thirty one years as an elected Town Board official. In addition to this, Mr. Lucas has taken an active role in the following:

Executive Board member and former President (2016) of Westchester Municipal Officials Association (WMOA)
President of the Westchester Putnam Association of Town Supervisors (WPATS).
Energize NY Executive Board member – PACE Financing for NYS. Off the board 2020.
East of Hudson Watershed Corporation Treasurer (Stormwater/phosphorus mitigation) – voted into office by 19 municipal officials in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties).
Executive Board member Sustainable Westchester.
WMOA Legislative Committee member and former Chair spending time in Albany discussing our Legislative agenda with State Legislators and specifically the Westchester Delegation.
Board of Trustees and Treasurer of Kennedy Catholic High School Somers NY
North Salem Lions Club First Vice President and member 30 years.

Warren Lucas is a sixty-six year resident of North Salem along with his sife Susan and their five children and five grandchildren. A interesting fact, Warren’s family has resided in County since 1672.
