Inga Modu-Rella

In today’s real estate market, homebuyers search for sustainable homes. As a real estate professional, I joined EnergyNR to educate residents about innovative tools and programs that add value, efficiency and make living more enjoyable.
EnergyNR program provides benefits to current and future homeowners, renters, and especially low-income communities, and helps to preserve the planet for future generations.

EnergySmart Homes New Rochelle Campaign Director

Donna U. Hope

Donna U. Hope was raised in New Rochelle and instilled with the values and virtues of civic engagement. Her father owned an electrical business and served on New Rochelle’s zoning board and electrical licensing exam committee. Her mother was a registered nurse and epidemiologist, representing health care workers in the union at DC-37. Donna’s love of nature and being outdoors led her dedication to environmental causes, and eventually her vocations working in environmental engineering and sustainability policy in NYC. Now she has her own company, UHope Consulting, that advises on impactful incorporation of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in environmental sectors.
She is happy to also devote time to outreach and advocacy of energy efficiency measures to energy burdened communities of color in her hometown
