Jessica is the Customer Support Manager in the Marketing and Outreach department for Sustainable Westchester. She supports the department in various avenues including developing initiatives, customer support strategies, and database management.

Prior to joining Sustainable Westchester, Jessica has been in the publishing industry for 12 years in circulation and data management. She has previously worked for local newspapers, a niche magazine publisher, and an international subscription fulfillment bureau serving global magazine publishers.

Jessica is from Mercer County, New Jersey. She has been a resident of Peekskill since 2014.
